Shipping policy
Unstretched Artwork
Canvas print options include an option of 'unstretched' which means that you will receive the canvas print only i.e. not ready to hang on stretched bars. This option allows the print to be sent in a tube which significantly reduces the costs of shipping - usually by around 80%.
You will need to arrange for the canvas to be stretched on stretcher bars at a framers separately. If you need help finding a framer or have any questions around this, please contact me. Savings are factored into the shipping profile as well as the price of the product.
Urgent Orders
Please contact me if you wish to expedite your order or if you need a faster delivery/ dispatch service. I will always do my best to help.
Framed Artwork
Please allow an additional 3 weeks for framing before your item can be dispatched. Get in touch if your order is urgent.
Large Artwork
The shipping profiles that have been uploaded cover worldwide shipping. However, please feel free to contact me for a customised quote on shipping which may lower your shipping fee.
I used the most trusted courier for shipping artwork to ensure your new special piece arrives exactly how it left me.

Phone Cases & Accessories
All accessories are printed to order. Refunds cannot be accepted unless there is an issue with the product received. Each product has been tested for quality and goes through a quality control before being posted, please be rest assured that there won't be any issues.
Exclusions
Unfortunately I cannot ship to PO Boxes - I will contact you for an alternative shipping address if this is provided. Note that this will cause a delay in dispatch time.
Rural Area's
Please note that if you live in a rural area that this may cause delays to your delivery times.
Insurance
All Artwork Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
I have put so much work into every single piece that leaves me for a special home so please be rest assured that the same attention to detail is used when I ship my work by using only the best in the business. I wish shipping was cheaper but unfortunately when so much is at stake, only the most trusted couriers can be used.
